Job summary

HJM in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Employment team. The role offers a mix of advisory, contentious and non-contentious work for a broad client base, with a collaborative and supportive environment and clear progression opportunities.

The position supports day-to-day advisory work, tribunal and non-contentious matters, and involves business development and client relationship management in a flexible hybrid setup across multiple

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–6 years’ PQE in Employment law.
• Strong technical employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing a varied caseload.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach.
• An interest in business development and team collaboration.

Overview

A highly regarded national law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Employment team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established practice advising a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team works closely with businesses across a variety of sectors, handling high-quality advisory, tribunal and strategic HR work.

The role would suit a lawyer looking for strong quality work, genuine flexibility and a supportive team environment with clear progression opportunities.

The Role

Candidate Requirements
