TSR Legal, a well-regarded national law firm, seeks an Associate/Senior Associate in Employment Law in Birmingham. You will join a national Employment & HR team and handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for corporate clients, with exposure to senior executives and claimants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims from inception to final hearing.
• Experience drafting and advising on contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Strong drafting, advisory and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad employment caseload, including complex Tribunal claims.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, redundancies and discrimination matters.
• Handle employment disputes from initial advice through to final hearing.
• Manage litigation processes, including disclosure and witness preparation.
• Draft employment contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
• Support corporate transactions with employment input as required.
• Advise on employment-related data protection matters.
