Job summary

RecruitedUK is recruiting an Employer Engagement Consultant to build relationships with local and regional employers, creating work experience and apprenticeship opportunities for learners. The role covers centres in Clacton, Southend, and Grays, with 32 hours/week (Mon-Thu) and potential to rise to 37.5 hours.

You will use recruitment and business development skills to generate an employer pipeline and support learners through career reviews and job progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employer engagement, business development or careers guidance.
• Confident communication and networking skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with local and regional employers to turn contacts into opportunities.
• Develop employer pipeline and promote training and apprenticeship programmes.
• Create work experience, employment and progression opportunities for learners and apprentices.
• Support learners through individual careers reviews to identify strengths and goals.
• Represent the organisation at employer meetings, networking events and careers fairs.
• Maintain employer relationships and opportunity updates with internal teams.
