Job summary

Train4 in Lincoln, ENG, GB is looking for an Employer Relationship Officer. This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role aimed at connecting local employers with trained candidates and securing guaranteed interviews for completers.

You will generate employer leads, manage a live pipeline, and tailor training to employer needs, travelling locally when required. The role requires at least two years in recruitment or employer engagement and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in recruitment, resourcing, employer engagement, or outbound business development.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Willing to travel locally and work flexibly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new employer leads through outbound calls, networking, and direct business development across the East Midlands.
• Build and manage a live pipeline of employer contacts, vacancy opportunities, and guaranteed interview commitments.
• Work consultatively with employers to understand live recruitment needs and align learner cohorts to real vacancies.
• Gather employer feedback on the skills and behaviours they need so that programme content stays current and relevant.
• Secure employer participation in pre-course learner briefings, providing information on available roles, wages, shift patterns, and career progression opportunities.
• Support course planning by providing vacancy data and labour market insight to the delivery team.
• Maintain accurate records of employer contacts, vacancies, and outcomes to audit-ready standard.
