Job summary

Recruited UK is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant in Greater Manchester to build employer relationships and generate vacancies. You will match candidates to opportunities, coordinate interviews, and work with Employment Advisors to drive successful recruitment activity.

The role focuses on developing new business, attending meetings and events, and hitting challenging KPIs while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruitment, business development or employer engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employers and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and labour market dynamics.
• Proactive, target-driven approach with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Developing new employer relationships and generating vacancies.
• Identifying and pursuing new business and employer engagement opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and partners.
• Attending employer meetings, networking events and stakeholder events.
• Understanding employers' recruitment and workforce development requirements.
• Sourcing suitable vacancies and matching candidates to opportunities.
• Using direct sales and reverse marketing techniques to generate opportunities.
• Arranging interviews and coordinating recruitment activity.
• Working closely with candidates and Employment Advisors throughout the recruitment process.
• Gathering employer feedback following candidate submissions and interviews.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating management information systems.
• Working towards challenging sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring all activity complies with relevant procedures and data protection requirements.
