Job summary

MPLOY Solutions Limited is seeking aWork Experience Coordinator to manage school and college placements and drive employer engagement. This role offers potential for progression and training opportunities within the organisation.

Full-time (37 hrs) or part-time considered, based in Northwich, with pension and onsite parking benefits. The position requires strong IT skills and excellent communication in a busy educational environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Mathematics and English are essential.
• Level 3+ qualification in business admin / customer care desirable.
• At least two years administration experience.
• Some experience of working within the education sector desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work experience programmes with a range of schools / colleges.
• Undertake employer engagement activities to provide work experience placements for students.
• Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements are safe and suitable.
• Assist the Operations Manager in quality assurance checks of work experience activities to agreed timetable.
