Join to apply for the Employer Brand Manager role at Stowe Family Law LLP
Are you tired of reading job adverts filled with corporate buzzwords and clichés like “dynamic and fast-paced environment,” “self-starter with a can-do attitude,” and “hit the ground running”?
Read on, because that's the sort of corporate jargon we want to eliminate. Our colleagues love working at Stowe, and we want to share that. We are looking for someone who can create, share, and amplify authentic stories about joining our People and Culture Team.
If you enjoy creating engaging internal and external content that inspires colleagues and attracts new talent to our growing, forward-thinking, friendly family law firm, then this could be the role for you.
What you will love doing (and be great at):
- Owning the narrative of our Employee Value Proposition, developing content that authentically conveys what it's like to work at Stowe Family Law
- Sharing people stories, connecting with teams, and building relationships to depict what working here is really like
- Utilising multiple channels and mediums to reach the right audiences with the right messages
- Thinking creatively to develop compelling content for internal and external audiences
The role
- Content creation is central; you'll plan, write, create, and deliver effective communication across various mediums
- For internal audiences, this includes articles on our intranet Workvivo, supporting our annual Stowefest Conference, developing an internal podcast, and working with colleague networks to enhance connection and engagement
- Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll craft a consistent narrative around our EVP, creating blogs and articles for our careers site, managing our candidate newsletter, building our presence on social media (especially LinkedIn and TikTok), and supporting lawyer networking events
- Partnering with our marketing team and external PR agency to develop a comprehensive EVP communication plan aligned with the wider Stowe Brand strategy
- Reporting to the Head of Culture and Communications, you'll be an integral part of our People and Culture Team, fostering close relationships with Marketing and legal teams
About you
- Proven experience in creating compelling content, likely through marketing, employer branding, or communications roles
- Excellent written and spoken English, with skills in tailoring content for different audiences
- Skills and experience in video creation and editing
- An appreciation for employee engagement and EVP, able to link the two seamlessly
- Ability to manage own workload and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience managing LinkedIn and creating content across various media
- A creative thinker, always exploring new ways to share what it means to work at Stowe
- Full-time (35 hours) or part-time hours — let us know your preference!
- Flexibility regarding location, with monthly travel to our Leeds office and occasional travel to other firm locations as needed.
