Brand Manager - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

We're seeking a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to develop and expand the Hertility brand. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves leading campaigns, managing a small team, and contributing to key projects that increase awareness, trust, and growth for the business.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and optimize brand initiatives across various touchpoints, focusing on content scaling, campaigns, and enhancing brand reputation. If you're passionate about women's health, this role is ideal for you.

This is a 6-month fixed-term, fully remote role, open to UK-based applicants due to regular travel to London. The offered salary range is £50k - £60k.

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
  • Brand Ownership: Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels, aligning with the founders' vision and voice.
  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute brand, product, and seasonal campaigns via social, email, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Content Management: Oversee the content calendar and guide creative development for a unified cross-channel presence.
  • Performance & Media: Collaborate with Growth to develop media plans and monitor campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, supporting agile planning and high-quality delivery.
  • Influencer & Partnerships: Lead outreach strategies and performance tracking, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use tools like GA4 and Triple Whale to track results and inform future strategies.
  • PR Support: Assist with press efforts and craft media messages aligned with the brand.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to produce consistent, brand-aligned assets and foster creative innovation.

Relevant experience includes 5+ years in a brand role, preferably within DTC, health tech, or purpose-led businesses, with strong campaign planning skills across content, media, and creative areas. Experience with social media strategy, execution, and analysis—especially organic channels—is essential. Leadership experience and confidence in using brand, content, and customer data to guide strategy are required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, commercially minded, proactive, passionate about women's health, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
