Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College in Gloucestershire seek a dynamic wellbeing lead to shape the employee wellbeing agenda. You will drive the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives, using workforce data and feedback to inform priorities and outcomes.

The role covers designing an annual programme across physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing, and delivering campaigns throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Ability to use workforce data to inform programmes.
• Experience designing an annual wellbeing programme.
• Strong communication and collaboration with managers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
• Use workforce data and feedback to identify trends and inform future activity.
• Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year.
• Provide wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with People Team, Occupational Health, senior leaders and partners to meet objectives.
• Develop policies, frameworks and resources to support wellbeing.
