Job summary

Praxis Tech in Greater London is seeking a senior leader to drive the mental health and wellbeing strategy across the club, collaborating with HR, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and senior leaders to embed a unified, whole-club approach.

You will shape a club-wide learning framework, provide expert guidance to leaders, and oversee proactive wellbeing support to foster psychologically safe leadership throughout the organisation.
