Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College in Gloucestershire seek a dynamic wellbeing lead to shape the employee wellbeing agenda. You will drive the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives, using workforce data and feedback to inform priorities and outcomes.

The role covers designing an annual programme across physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing, and delivering campaigns throughout the year.

Qualifications

Job description

This is an exciting newly created role within the People Team, offering a unique opportunity to shape and drive Hartpury’s employee wellbeing agenda

About You
  • Lead the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
  • Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends, evaluate outcomes and inform future wellbeing activity
  • Design and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme covering a range of physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing topics
  • Deliver wellbeing campaigns, events, workshops and awareness activities throughout the year
  • Provide professional wellbeing advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Work closely with People Team colleagues, Occupational Health providers, senior leaders and external partners to deliver wellbeing objectives
  • Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and resources that support employee wellbeing
  • Promote preventative approaches to health and wellbeing and encourage early intervention where appropriate
  • Produce engaging communications that raise awareness of available wellbeing resources and initiatives
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends, legislation and best practice within employee wellbeing
