Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations. This generalist role is around 60-70% ER and case management, working closely with the HR Director and HR team across a key client group.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office and two from home, and requires a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of managing a high-volume ER caseload.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling a high-volume Employee Relations caseload.
• Ability to deliver practical HR guidance to managers.
• Experience with disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
• Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish.
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Support the team on other HR activities as directed.
• HR project work.
