Job summary

Life Services Group, the employer behind Dignity and related brands, is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support managers with people matters and casework. Hybrid working in Sutton Coldfield with a focus on delivering fair, effective ER outcomes.

You’ll bring ER expertise, knowledge of UK employment law and strong communication to influence decisions, improve processes and enhance the employee experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee relations casework and advising on ER matters.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and policy interpretation.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER casework from start to finish, including investigations, hearings and outcomes.
• Advise and coach managers on performance, probation and ER matters.
• Support delivery of people initiatives through data, insights and reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and People team.
• Support the delivery of a positive employee lifecycle and people agenda.
