Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to manage a portfolio of disciplinary, investigations and grievances. You will provide practical ER guidance to managers and staff, while collaborating with a small, specialist team focused exclusively on ER matters in a dedicated Leeds office space.

The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across major UK retailers and client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ER casework including disciplinaries, investigations, and grievances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managers and staff.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a small ER team.
• CIPD qualification or active study supported by the employer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of disciplinary, investigation and grievance cases from start to finish.
• Provide clear, practical ER advice to managers and colleagues across the business.
• Collaborate within a small team, sharing knowledge on complex cases.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across client sites and internal teams.
• Ensure casework complies with policy and current employment legislation.
• Identify risk and offer practical, commercially-minded solutions.
