Job summary

Huntress - Leeds is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a close-knit ER team in an office-based role near Leeds city centre. You’ll manage your own caseload of disciplinaries, investigations and grievances, while collaborating with colleagues at all levels.

This role offers up to £32,000 with funding and paid time off to complete CIPD Level 5, and includes a parking space. You will work with a small team of seven, develop deep ER expertise, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Solid experience handling ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations).
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent communication skills across a range of colleagues and managers.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to varied cases.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of disciplinary, investigation and grievance cases from start to finish.
• Providing clear, practical ER advice to managers and colleagues across the business.
• Working collaboratively within a small team, sharing knowledge on complex cases.
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple client sites.
• Ensuring all case work is handled fairly and in line with policy and employment law.
• Identifying risk and offering practical, commercially-minded solutions.
