Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations to join our HR team, reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner.

The role delivers pragmatic, commercially focused ER advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, supporting managers, policy development, and employee wellbeing across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR advisory or employee relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME on employee relations and UK law for managers.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of ER matters including disciplinary and grievances.
• Coach managers to strengthen capability in people management.
• Design and deliver guidance and toolkit for managers.
• Review and develop HR policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor changes in legislation to update policies.
