Job summary

Benjamin Edwards is seeking an experienced HR Partner to take day-to-day People support for the Skegness site. The role is office based, part-time (circa 30 hours/week), with a flexible pattern and a salary up to £42,500 FTE, pro rata.

You'll coach managers, build strong relationships and ensure pragmatic HR advice across absence, performance, disciplinary and recruitment processes within a growing organisation in Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience across employee relations, coaching and advisory support.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to partner with managers and influence decisions in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day people support for the site, partnering with managers and staff.
• Provide practical, commercially sensible HR advice and coaching.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and broader employee lifecycle activities.
• Use HR data to highlight issues and support decisions.
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
