Job summary

Butlins in Minehead is seeking a People Partner to be a trusted advisor to employees and Managers. You will champion our culture, enhance the employee lifecycle and guide leaders through everyday people operations.

This role suits an experienced HR professional looking to advance, supporting all activity across the resort and partnering with leaders to develop a proactive people plan. You will work closely with specialists within the People Team, covering Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and

Qualifications

• Previous demonstratable experience in a People/ HR role/leadership role.
• Good ER and employment law knowledge; demonstrable experience coaching leaders.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to employees and Managers on people operations.
• Champion company culture and enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
• Support all resort HR activity with proactive and reactive plans.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and Payroll & Reward.
• Manage resort-based casework and coach leaders through ER issues.
• Maintain org charts and conduct weekly business partnering with HODs.
• Analyze HR metrics and respond to KPIs.
