Job summary

dnata Catering UK is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to manage a substantial ER caseload while aligning with policy and business objectives. You will coach line managers, interpret policies, and deliver commercial decisions with risk awareness.

You'll provide expert guidance on HR policies, compliance with UK employment law, and stakeholder engagement across multiple UK sites, driving continuous improvement in the HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations/HR Generalist with case management focus.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for ER issues.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Coach line managers through 1:1 and group sessions on performance, discipline and absence management.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain case records.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous HR improvements.
