Employee Relations Manager

A leading cultural and academic organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to provide dedicated HR support to one of its key departments. This role will play a central part in delivering people-focused solutions during a period of organisational change, with a particular emphasis on employee relations and workforce realignment.
Working at both strategic and operational levels, you’ll partner with senior managers to advise on a wide range of HR matters and support the implementation of new ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring fair, consistent, and effective HR practices throughout a period of significant transition.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), and a strong background in employee relations. You’ll have demonstrable experience managing complex HR cases and advising at a senior level.
