This role will play a central part in delivering people-focused solutions during a period of organisational change, with a particular emphasis on employee relations and workforce realignment.

Working at both strategic and operational levels, you’ll partner with senior managers to advise on a wide range of HR matters and support the implementation of new ways of working. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring fair, consistent, and effective HR practices throughout a period of significant transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for line managers and leadership, offering clear, practical guidance.
  • Lead on complex casework, ensuring outcomes align with policy, employment law, and organisational values.
  • Support the design and implementation of workforce change initiatives, including restructures, role changes, and consultation processes.
  • Build effective working relationships across teams and contribute to the development of HR policies and processes.

You’ll be an experienced HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), and a strong background in employee relations.
