Huntress is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as an ER Specialist in Bracknell. You will own employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and advise managers through challenging conversations while ensuring adherence to UK employment law.

Travel to UK sites for investigations and face-to-face support, plus involvement in HR projects and policy development across the UK. A hands-on, visible HR presence across sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR experience with a focus on employee relations and case management.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ability to advise and coach managers through sensitive employee issues.
• Willingness to travel to UK sites for investigations and onsite support.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practice.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations, gather evidence, interview parties and document findings.
• Advise and coach managers through complex or sensitive employee matters.
• Travel to UK sites to investigate concerns and provide face-to-face HR support.
• Ensure timely, professional handling in line with legislation and internal policies.
• Identify ER risks and propose practical solutions.
• Support day-to-day HR queries and lifecycle processes.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement.
