Huntress is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as an ER Specialist in Bracknell. You will own employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and advise managers through challenging conversations while ensuring adherence to UK employment law.
Travel to UK sites for investigations and face-to-face support, plus involvement in HR projects and policy development across the UK. A hands-on, visible HR presence across sites is essential.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee relations, who is confident managing investigations, handling sensitive cases and providing hands‑on support to managers and employees.
This is a varied, business‑facing role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, building relationships across the business and providing a visible HR presence at different sites. You'll take ownership of employee relations matters, support managers through challenging situations and ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
Alongside your core ER responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR activities, projects and process improvements across the UK, with occasional involvement in European HR initiatives.
