Huntress partners with a Leatherhead-based client to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner who can provide pragmatic, trusted HR advice across the employee lifecycle. You will design and maintain HR policies, advise managers, and drive engagement while balancing commercial objectives.

You will lead on disciplinary and performance processes, support remuneration discussions, and collaborate with Health & Safety on wellbeing initiatives, ensuring policy-driven operations.

Formación

• Proven experience in a commercial HRBP role within a scaling organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law and complex employee relations matters.
• Experience delivering effective performance management processes.
• Salary benchmarking and remuneration insights.
• CIPD Level 5+ qualification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, review and maintain clear HR policies and guidelines across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide trusted advice to managers on day-to-day HR matters and employee relations.
• Manage disciplinary proceedings, grievances and formal investigations; facilitate mediation.
• Support managers with performance management, objective setting and development planning.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights to support pay practices.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and work with Health & Safety on wellbeing initiatives.
