Job summary

Huntress - Bracknell is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with management, drive employee engagement and ensure smooth, policy-driven HR operations across our client's business. This is a commercially focused role for someone who is confident working with stakeholders and can provide pragmatic, trusted HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner in a growing or scaling business.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and complex ER matters.
• Experience delivering performance management processes.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and remuneration reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain HR policies across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on day-to-day HR matters, employee relations and fair practice.
• Lead disciplinary proceedings, grievances and investigations with mediation where needed.
• Support managers with objective setting and development planning.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and action plans to improve retention.
• Provide guidance on wellbeing initiatives and absence management.
• Collaborate with leadership to align incentives and benefits schemes.
• Support HR initiatives that boost engagement and performance.
