Job summary

The HR patch Ltd, a Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire–focused HR consultancy, seeks an HR Professional with strong Employee Relations skills to join a hybrid team in Frimley. You will work with clients to deliver practical HR support and guide managers on ER best practices.

Responsibilities include handling performance, conduct, sickness and grievance issues, with involvement in onboarding/offboarding and major projects as needed. CIPD or equivalent preferred, travel optional across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and practical HR support.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients, build relationships, and provide proactive HR support.
• Handle day-to-day ER cases such as performance, conduct, sickness and grievance issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and manage larger projects like restructures or recruitment.
