• Ability to advise on employment law and policies.
• Experience with investigations, hearings and tribunal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional ER and HR advice across complex and sensitive employment matters.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary, absence management and anti-harassment processes.
• Lead investigations, hearings and appeals; support managers through processes.
• Advise on suspensions, exclusions, and balance risk with patient safety and priorities.
• Prepare reports, statements of case and hearing documentation.
• Provide guidance on contracts, terms, and Trust policies; support Tribunal prep.
• Use ER data to identify themes and drive improvement.
• Contribute to policy development and keep managers informed of changes.
• Deliver training to build managers' confidence in people management.
• Build partnerships with Trade Unions and senior managers.
