Job summary

Royal Berkshire is seeking a confident Employee Relations Advisor to join our Employee Relations Team. You will provide professional ER advice across a broad range of matters, coach managers, and manage investigations while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Trust policies.

You will contribute to policy development and help strengthen our Just Culture approach in a large, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date specialist knowledge of employment legislation and current people management issues.
• Experience providing advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues.
• Ability to interpret information and deliver practical, compliant ER solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on a broad range of employee relations matters in line with legislation.
• Coach managers to handle workforce matters fairly, consistently and in line with policy.
• Manage a varied caseload including investigations and employee meetings and maintain accurate case records.
