Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their wider People team. The role is remote and field based with regular travel, and you will provide specialist ER advice while supporting engagement, wellbeing, D&I and wider People initiatives.

You will manage complex ER matters, support disciplinaries and grievances, and collaborate with solicitors on Tribunal cases.

Formación

• Strong technical ER knowledge with ability to see the wider People picture
• Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
• Experience with Employment Tribunal cases
• Experience or exposure to employee engagement and wider People initiatives
• Experience creating and delivering ER training
• Commercial and pragmatic approach

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist advice on complex and escalated ER matters
• Support disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and other complex people issues
• Manage and support Employment Tribunal cases alongside solicitors
• Review and develop policies to ensure legal compliance and align with culture
• Work across engagement, wellbeing, D&I and reward initiatives
• Use ER data to spot trends and shape proactive solutions
• Deliver ER training to build capability across HR and management
• Collaborate with Trade Unions and support dispute resolution
• Drive consistency across a large, multi-site organisation
• Get involved in wider People projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Provide on-site support for complex ER situations when required
