Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert HR support and case management across the business. The role focuses on managing behaviour, absence, performance, maternity/paternity, and flexible working cases, with a view to resolving issues efficiently.

You will coach line managers, ensure policy compliance, and use data to identify trends and drive improvements in the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and case management.
• Retail sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and casework from start to resolution.
• Coach line managers on best practice people management and policy application.
