Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to log information accurately during live calls and use multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls across welfare, safety, and check‑in scenarios
• Log incidents and communications clearly, producing notes and reports
• Coordinate responses with operations, management and emergency services
