Job summary

Insurance Recruitment Services is working with a well-established Employee Benefits consultancy to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator.

In this hybrid role you will provide high-quality EB administration and client support across PMI, Group Risk and dual-product EB, working with consultants, clients and providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous EB experience within an Employee Benefits environment.
• Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with PMI, Group Risk or dual-product EB.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

We're working with a well-established Employee Benefits consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team.

The Role

As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administration and client support across a range of Employee Benefits products. You'll work closely with consultants, clients and providers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Our client is specifically looking for candidates with previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally within one or more of the following areas:

• Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
• Group Risk
• Dual-product Employee Benefits
