Job summary

Alexander Lloyd is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to manage a portfolio of clients, provide strategic advice, and drive growth in employee benefits consultancy.

You will lead renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, build introducer networks, and collaborate with Marketing on events and business development.

The role requires strong experience in employee benefits, client relationship management, and the ability to communicate complex benefit programmes effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Employee Benefits within a client-facing consultancy role.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.
• Strong technical knowledge across DC pensions, healthcare, risk, wellbeing, voluntary benefits, platforms and benefit taxation.
• Experience designing, benchmarking and communicating employee benefits programmes.
• Experience developing internal and external introducer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
