Joining the Central Support and Enrichment Team you will be responsible for developing and securing a wide range of work related activities to support learners and enhance their employability skills; working in partnership with a range of employers and with curriculum departments to deliver an outstanding professional employability service.
With a proven track record of involvement in employer/business links and of working with young people to prepare them for working life, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships with all stakeholders. Able to source and develop links between FE sector and business, you will be capable of managing multiple projects and ideally have knowledge of the employment sectors within the local area.
Enthusiasm, resilience and motivation, with a Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, with an IT qualification or equivalent experience couple with GCSE in English and mathematics minimum grade C or equivalent, administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
