Job summary

WEA in the North East is seeking an Into Work Advisor to provide high-quality, motivating support to learners moving into work placements and employment.

You will coordinate available work placements and job opportunities, helping learners overcome personal and professional barriers to progression, while working with employers to secure opportunities. The role supports a diverse range of learners and partners within the NECA area.

The Into Work Advisor provides high quality and motivational support to learners moving into work placements and employment. You will coordinate available and potential work placement and job opportunities for learners.

You will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression whilst providing excellent customer service to employers and other agencies. Working alongside the Relationship Lead to identify and partner with employers to secure work placements and job opportunities.
