Job summary

WEA is seeking an Into Work Advisor to provide motivational support to learners moving into work placements and employment. You will coordinate placement opportunities and support progression while engaging with employers and agencies in the Manchester area.

The role emphasises high-quality learner support, collaboration with the Relationship Lead, and commitment to diversity and social justice within education.

You will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression whilst providing excellent customer service to employers and other agencies. Working alongside the Relationship Lead to identify and partner with employers to secure work placements and job opportunities.
