WEA are looking for a Contract Delivery Specialist to help deliver lifelong learning in the North East. The role involves finding learners, enrolling them under funded contracts with compliant IAG, and supporting them from day one of their learning journey.

The Contract Delivery Specialist role is where the work actually happens - finding learners, bringing them in, getting them ready, and making sure they land well on day one of their learning journey at the WEA.
By building genuine relationships in your contract communities develop and maximise local referral partnerships, enrolling all learners funded by contracts with fully compliant IAG and learning readiness.
You will follow our learners progress re-engaging post course completion to capture further learning opportunities & capturing destination outcomes. Ensuring you fully contribute the team's success by working in collaboratively and within agreed frameworks
