Responsibilities

• The Into Work Advisor provides high quality and motivational support to learners moving into work placements and employment.
• You will coordinate available and potential work placement and job opportunities for learners.
• You will support learners to overcome personal and professional barriers to progression whilst providing excellent customer service to employers and other agencies.
• Working alongside the Relationship Lead to identify and partner with employers to secure work placements and job opportunities.
