Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Sales Advisor for our client in Norwich. This role blends sales and customer service to grow opportunities while supporting vulnerable customers.

You will engage across phone, email and digital channels, delivering compassionate service and driving upgrades to improve safety and quality of life. This permanent position offers hybrid working in Norwich (70% in office), a 37.5 hour week, and a salary with OTE.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing experience with strong customer service.
• Empathetic approach and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify and promote upgrade opportunities to enhance safety and quality of life.
• Explain benefits of upgraded devices and services.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up.
