Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families through the funeral arrangement process with empathy and careful guidance. You will oversee day-to-day operations of our funeral homes, ensure high standards, and build trusted community relationships.

You will need a compassionate nature, strong listening and communication skills, and a full UK driving license with willingness to travel as required. DBS check is part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Manage admin tasks with accuracy and care.
