Lowell Group is seeking a proactive contact centre adviser to support customers by phone, reviewing accounts and helping them find affordable payment plans. You will explain options clearly, work with any litigation processes, and provide empathetic guidance to those in vulnerable situations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Experience in customer service or a related front-office role is preferred.
• Ability to stay motivated and focused to achieve daily goals.
• Background in sales, retail or any customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers over the telephone about their accounts.
• Take time to understand each customer's situation to help them find the right way forward.
• Set up affordable payment plans in conjunction with any litigation processes.
• Answer queries and conduct regular reviews to ensure payments are suitable.
• Remain mindful of customers in vulnerable situations and provide compassionate support.
