• Experience in arrears, collections or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Taking time to listen and understand their situation to tailor repayment plans.
• Creating realistic and affordable repayment plans.
• Ensuring interactions meet regulatory expectations with fairness for vulnerable customers.
• Maintaining accurate records and following compliant processes.
