Arrears Advisor

We're working with a client in Epsom who is looking for a compassionate and approachable person to join their Customer Outcomes team. In this role, you'll support customers who may be facing financial difficulties, helping them explore solutions and regain confidence in their situation.

If you enjoy building rapport, listening without judgement and helping people find a way forward, this role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work in a supportive environment, free from scripted conversations and unnecessary pressure.
