Vets Now in the Bedford area is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to be the face of our emergency and critical care services. You will greet clients, handle calls and payments, and provide timely updates to the veterinary team while ensuring smooth clinic administration.

The role includes welcoming clients during emergencies, booking appointments, and assisting with financial transactions. A friendly, reassuring presence for clients and liaison with veterinary staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Experience in frontline reception and cash handling is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and handle admissions and payments.
• Relay updates to veterinary team about patients en route.
• Perform general administrative tasks accurately.
• Act as first point of contact during emergencies, in person or by phone.
• Maintain smooth clinic operations and documentation.
