Job summary

Isle of Man Government is seeking an Emergency Services Joint Control Room Operator for a limited 18-month term. You will be the vital link between the public and emergency services, handling urgent calls and dispatching critical assistance in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a highly trained team, receive specialist training, and have the chance to qualify as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and an Emergency Fire Dispatcher, supporting life-saving responses across agencies.

As an Emergency Services Joint Control Room Operator, you’ll be the vital link between the public and emergency services, handling urgent calls and dispatching critical assistance. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, your communication and computer skills will help coordinate life-saving responses across Police, Fire, and Ambulance teams.
