The Isle of Man Government is seeking an Operational Transport Manager to lead public transport across the island, ensuring safety, reliability and responsiveness for residents and visitors.
You will manage a large operational workforce through supervisors, oversee service performance, resource deployment, resilience and financial control, and collaborate with local authorities to drive improvements and maintain high standards across the network.

As Operational Transport Manager, you'll play a key role in the delivery of public transport services across the Island, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and responsive for both residents and visitors. Leading a large operational workforce through a team of supervisors, you'll be responsible for service performance, resource deployment, operational resilience and financial control, making decisions that have a direct impact on the travelling public.
You'll work closely with colleagues, local authorities and other stakeholders to drive service improvements, resolve challenges and maintain high standards across the network. Whether you're analysing performance data, improving processes or leading through change, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of public transport on the Isle of Man.
