As a Make Ready Operative you'll help ensure ambulance crews have everything they need to deliver care when every second counts. From preparing ambulances for duty and carrying out vehicle and equipment checks to maintaining stock levels and infection control standards, you'll play an important role in keeping the service ready to respond.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll contribute to the smooth running of the Ambulance Service by maintaining supplies and equipment, supporting vehicle availability and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. With a proactive approach and keen attention to detail, you'll help create an environment where frontline colleagues can focus on providing the best possible care to patients.
