Job summary

ASSA ABLOY seeks an experienced HR Adviser to join the EMEIA Head Office team in Willenhall. You will provide a generalist advisory service to employees and managers across the region, partnering with managers and handling a wide range of HR tasks and projects.

You will work on compensation and benefits, HR analytics, learning and development, and recruitment campaigns, collaborating with third-party partners and HRIS specialists to optimise systems and processes. Travel 0–10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR advisory capacity.
• CIPD (or equivalent) qualification or part-qual.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Education to GCSE/A-Level/Degree level.
• Experience in a complex international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a generalist HR advisory service to employees and managers across the EMEIA region.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to understand issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare contractual documentation (offers, contracts, variations).
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and partner with third-party agencies.
• Support annual HR calendar activities, pay reviews, objectives and performance reviews.
• Monitor HR metrics and support decision making.
• Assist in HRIS enhancements and testing.
• Conduct job architecture assessments and support development, compensation, and benefits strategy.
