ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an HR Manager for Northern Europe and HR Generalist for the UK entity. You will partner with leaders to drive people, culture and organization, ensuring HR practices align with business needs.

You will lead HR core processes globally, own KPIs like staff turnover and engagement, and manage talent acquisition for Northern Europe and the UK & Ireland. The role includes HR operations in the UK and regional governance across the region.

Qualificações

• Extensive HR experience, regional or multi-country role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
• Experience with payroll fundamentals and HR service delivery is required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR Manager for Northern Europe and HR Generalist for the UK entity.
• Drive HR core processes (salary reviews, performance cycle, talent review) and HR KPIs.
• Lead talent acquisition for Northern Europe and UK & Ireland with consistent hiring standards.
• Ensure compliant HR operations across Northern Europe and UK labour law and policy.
• Collaborate with Finance for monthly headcount reporting and workforce planning.
