Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join the EMEIA Head Office team in Willenhall. You will provide a generalist advisory service to the wider EMEIA team, partnering with managers and supporting the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment and HRIS enhancements.

The role involves cross‑border work, project participation, and data‑driven decision making, reporting to the Head of HR Operations EMEIA. Travel across EMEIA is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience providing generalist HR advisory services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholder groups.
• Experience in a complex international environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR advisory service to employees and managers across the EMEIA region.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Produce contractual documentation (offers, contracts, variations).
• Oversee recruitment campaigns and support the employee lifecycle.
